In this role, you will utilize your AMI/MACTE diploma to enhance our newly established Elementary program. Key Responsibilities
Implement Montessori methodologies for grades 1 to 6
Support individual learning pathways for every student
Build solid relationships within the school community
Participate in curriculum planning and evaluation
Conduct parent-teacher conferences and workshops

Requirements:
Must hold an AMI/MACTE diploma
Proven experience in Montessori education
Strong dedication to child-led learning strategies
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Must commit to a full-time, 12-month contract
