Key Responsibilities
Manage the collection of current hire documents through ATS
Confirm new hire orientation schedules and attendance




Facilitate equipment and accounts setup in conjunction with IT
Conduct follow-up surveys to gauge onboarding satisfaction
Assist with probationary review processes

Requirements:
At least two years in an administrative role
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in HRIS systems and ATS is advantageous
Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
Prior knowledge of healthcare or homecare a plus
