Duties
Responsible for thorough cleaning of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables, organizing ingredients, and setting up workstations
Support kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness of work areas, floors, and storage spaces throughout shifts
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to promote safety and prevent contamination
Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen organized and environmentally friendly




Collaborate with team members during busy service times to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe working environment for everyone

Requirements
Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
Robust attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Positive communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
