Cogir Senior Living is actively looking for a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-oriented care for our seniors. This role includes evaluating care plans, conducting clinical assessments, and ensuring thorough communication with the multidisciplinary team. As a mentor, you will guide unregulated care providers to enhance the care experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and assess nursing care plans for residents
Complete detailed clinical care assessments
Collaborate with team members for effective resident care




Teach and support unregulated care providers
Ensure documentation is exact and timely

Requirements:
Current registration as an RPN in the province
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and senior care experience
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
Solid communication and time management skills
