Your role will encompass ensuring high enrollment, conducting tours, and managing compliance with regulations. Collaborating with families and fostering meaningful connections will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high student enrollment and create wait-lists
Optimize family engagement and enrollment processes
Track inquiries and enhance conversion strategies
Build lasting relationships with parents and children
Maintain compliance with BC licensing regulations Requirements:
Valid British Columbia ECE certificate; ITE preferred
At least 3 years in early childhood education with leadership experience
Familiar with BC Child Care Regulations and Play Today framework
Solid organizational and communication abilities
Current Emergency Child Care First Aid Certification Elevate early childhood education at Tiny Scholars and ensure a love for learning from the very start.
