The Role

As a Junior Stylist, you will:

- Create a welcoming and inspiring store experience by engaging customers in a meaningful, personal way—listening, styling, and helping them find pieces that fit their lives.
- Drive sales through an authentic and thoughtful approach. We don’t believe in commission-based selling, but we do believe in helping customers make confident, informed purchases.
- Communicate with clients both in person and online through thoughtful styling advice, product knowledge, and excellent customer support.
- Maintain the shop floor setup and ensure the space reflects our brand standards at all times.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media that brings the in‑store experience to life.
- Use internal tools (including Basecamp and Omnisend) to stay connected with the team and support client communications.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.




- Take initiative—anticipate what needs to be done and do it, without being asked.

Experience

Fashion retail: Minimum 1 year (preferred)
