The Internal Communications

Lead works under the Director of Communications, playing a pivotal role in shaping how employees engage with organizational goals. This position involves developing communication plans, driving employee initiatives, and crafting executive messaging that resonates throughout CLHA. You will ensure all communications align with the organization’s mission and enhance workplace relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement internal communications strategies
Manage production of employee-focused communications




Advise executives on effective internal messaging
Facilitate communications for change management projects
Analyze communication metrics for continuous improvement Requirements:
Bachelor's in communications or a related discipline
Minimum five years in organizational communications
Experience in change management communication is crucial
Familiarity with content creation software is beneficial
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills Contribute to the CLHA's mission of public protection through solid, cohesive internal communication strategies.
