In this permanent, full time role, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the Occupational Health and Safety program and the Temporary Foreign Worker program.

By being a visible presence in the fields and storage areas, you will connect regulatory requirements with practical, relatable guidance to ensure employee safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Direct administration and improvement of the OHS program
Carry out site inspections and hazard evaluations regularly
