Become a Style Advisor and drive success in our luxury menswear store at McArthurGlen Vancouver. This full time role focuses on building client relationships and delivering exceptional sales experiences.

In this energetic position, you will be responsible for creating personalized shopping experiences and driving sales through holistic engagement. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will prepare merchandise for client appointments and actively participate in store merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Build repeat clientele through personal in-store sales
Prepare merchandise selections for customer interactions
Educate clients on loyalty program benefits
Participate in store maintenance and visual merchandising
Follow up on alterations and dedicated appointments

Requirements:
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, luxury preferred
Experience in menswear, outerwear, and made-to-measure
Solid commitment to exceptional customer service
Team-oriented approach to training and development
Interest in using technology to enhance customer experiences
