Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Gas Fitter to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain gas piping systems in accordance with local codes and safety regulations
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute accurate installations
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on gas systems to ensure optimal operation and safety
Utilize hand tools, welding equipment (MIG, TIG), and rigging techniques to assemble and modify piping components
Perform troubleshooting to identify issues within gas systems and implement effective solutions promptly
Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC systems, plumbing, or mechanical components




Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports and compliance documentation

Experience
Proven experience as a Gas Fitter or in a similar role within manufacturing or construction settings
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding (MIG and TIG), plumbing, and schematics reading
Familiarity with HVAC systems, rigging techniques, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to operate calipers, hand tools, and other precision measurement instruments accurately
Knowledge of safety standards related to gas systems installation and maintenance
Prior experience working with blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is highly desirable
Construction or manufacturing experience that demonstrates adaptability across diverse projects

Pay: $30.00 per hour
