Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide clear instructions on game rules and safety procedures
Facilitate gameplay sessions, ensuring all participants understand instructions and enjoy their experience
Monitor gaming areas to maintain a secure, clean, and organized environment
Address guest questions or concerns promptly with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist with event setup, game demonstrations, and special themed activities to enhance guest engagement
Handle guest interactions with a focus on customer service excellence, creating a positive atmosphere




Manage cash handling duties for ticket sales or merchandise transactions accurately and responsibly

Qualifications
Experience working with children or in customer service roles is highly preferred
Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate game rules and facilitate group activities
Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Food service or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments
