We are seeking a polished, qualified, and personable Front Desk Concierge to be the face of a luxury hair salon in the heart of Yorkville.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward setting and understands that exceptional service begins the moment a client walks through the door.

What You’ll Do:
Warmly greet clients and manage seamless check-ins and check-outs.
Coordinate bookings, phone calls, emails, and appointment flow.
Maintain a calm, organized, and client-ready front of house.
Support the team in delivering an elevated, luxury salon experience.
Anticipate client needs and ensure every visit feels effortless.
