Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary supplies for various procedures
Assist dentists during examinations and treatments by handing tools, managing suction, and ensuring patient comfort
Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Cleardent, including charting and treatment notes
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions

Skills




Proficiency with dental software platforms such as Cleardent for scheduling, record keeping, and billing
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and pediatrics to communicate effectively with patients and staff
Experience in dental assisting techniques, including sterilization, instrument handling, and patient management
Ability to operate CAD tools for digital imaging or design purposes in dental applications
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly in a busy clinic setting
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients of all ages, especially pediatrics

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
