Key Responsibilities
Schedule service appointments accurately across channels
Welcome customers and gather necessary vehicle information
Coordinate with Service Advisors for optimal scheduling




Provide appointment reminders and service updates to customers
Maintain customer records within the dealership system

Requirements:
Experience in administrative or customer-focused roles preferred
Knowledge of scheduling software is beneficial
Solid communication and organizational competencies
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
BC Driver's License is necessary for this role
