Buttcon, a leading Canadian contractor, seeks a Senior Estimator in Vancouver, BC, to enhance project outcomes through expert estimation and proactive cost management. Drive major construction projects with creative practices. In this role, the Senior Estimator will report to the Director of Pre-Construction & Estimating and will be responsible for leading the estimating process.

Your role involves preparing cost estimates for various projects and managing tender submissions while coordinating with subcontractors and consultants. Your analytical skills will be essential for highlighting cost efficiencies and managing project risks. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough reviews of plans and specifications
Prepare and manage Class D to A budgets




Foster and maintain relationships with subcontractors
Organize and summarize bidding information for projects
Attend and contribute to project team meetings Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in the ICI sector
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project necessary
Gold Seal Certification and LEED Accreditation are advantages
