Your responsibilities will include managing the entire order fulfillment process for assigned customers, ensuring that all actions meet service level expectations while addressing potential service risks. By leveraging your ERP knowledge and interpersonal skills, you'll facilitate communication between customers and various internal teams, contributing to service improvement projects and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate management of customer order fulfillment processes
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues




Monitor EDI transactions to promptly resolve discrepancies
Implement root cause analysis for service issue resolution
Collaborate with teams to optimize fulfillment efficiency Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain or customer service
Post-secondary education in relevant fields
Solid usage of ERP systems and technical skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and communication
Bilingualism in French is preferred Use your expertise to drive effective supply chain solutions and customer satisfaction.
