Socket.dev is seeking a Field Service Engineer / Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced CNC sheet-metal processing equipment at customer facilities. You will be the primary in office technical representative, working independently with customers and cross-functional teams to restore performance and minimize downtime.

The role requires solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, PLC/CNC knowledge, and the ability to read schematics.
