Karen's Flower Shop is looking for a Full time Flower Shop Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys, talking with customers, multitasking, keeping all the gears of a busy store turning, while being part of a positive workplace.

No two days are the same here, especially during floral holidays and special events! If you enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, and being part of a supportive, energetic team, this could be the perfect fit for you.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional Customer Experience Skills.
Ability To Multi-Task & Problem Solve In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Active Listener To Suggest Meaningful Products For Every Occasion.
Morning and Day Time Availability (Primarily Monday-Friday).
High School Diploma

PREFERED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in phone sales and POS systems with confidence in recommending products and helping customers choose the perfect items.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a skilled and friendly demeanor.
