This full time, permanent position, reporting to the Operations Manager, will have you assessing customer needs and processing orders. Key Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer service in person and by phone
Efficiently handle parts requests, prices, and returns
Increase sales through effective upselling and cross-selling




Supply parts to Service Technicians as needed

Requirements:
Understanding of heavy-duty parts is a plus
