We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Commercial Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting franchisee financial performance across the business.ResponsibilitiesFinancially Critical Bakery SupportMonitor cash flow and financial performance of at‑risk franchisee locationsIdentify financial risks early and support the development of recovery plansTrack progress against recovery milestones and maintain accurate reporting recordsSupport repayment plans for outstanding franchisee debtsProvide regular financial risk reporting to Finance and Operations leadershipBanking RelationshipsSupport relationships with preferred banking and lending partnersAssist franchisees in navigating financing options and lender connectionsMaintain and update franchisee financing resources and documentationFranchise Gate ProcessAdminister financial assessments within the franchisee gate approval processMaintain gate tracking documentation, approvals, and pipeline reportingPartner with Franchise Development and Legal teams to support smooth execution of the processFinancial Assessment – New Franchisee CandidatesReview financial submissions from prospective franchiseesAssess financial viability, credit profiles, and business plansPrepare recommendation reports highlighting financial strengths and risksCommunicate financial expectations and requirements to candidatesMulti‑Site Franchisee Growth ReviewsConduct financial reviews for franchisees seeking expansion opportunitiesAssess profitability, debt obligations,
