Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate diverse recreational programs for residents
Assess and create personalized care plans based on resident needs
Ensure participation and support for all activities
Complete care documentation accurately and timely
Mentor volunteers engaged in meaningful activities

Requirements:
Education in Recreation, Kinesiology, or related field
Experience in Long Term Care enrichment programming preferred
Current First Aid and CPR certifications needed
Proficient in care planning software and Microsoft Office
Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening within 6 months
