Previous experience with paint spraying and finishing techniques with paints/stains/glazes
Experience working in a finishing booth
Experience working with a finishing line
Good eye for detail and colour and solid colour matching ability/colour palette understanding
Ability to maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Passion for customer service
Punctual and dependable
Multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem solving abilities
