Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks in office, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties
Assist in the preparation of job sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
Load and unload materials and tools as needed for construction projects.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and drywall.
Participate in site clean-up activities at the end of each workday.





Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
Must possess a valid driver's license for transportation to job sites.
