Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales through effective upselling and technical knowledge. Duties
Manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient scheduling
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve performance goals
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, explaining repair options, and ensuring satisfaction
Oversee automotive repair processes, ensuring all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
Drive sales through effective upselling of services and parts while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers
Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing




Monitor departmental performance metrics, such as productivity, profitability, and customer feedback

Experience
Automotive experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and mechanical systems
Hands-on mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and diagnose issues
Demonstrated success in sales, upselling services, and enhancing customer relationships
Experience managing a team within an automotive service setting
Knowledge of automotive repair software and cash handling procedures is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Pay: $52,316.32-$100,000.00 per year
