Le Croissant Chaud is a French artisan bakery and café located in downtown Victoria. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where customers can enjoy authentic French pastries, breads, and beverages, paired with genuine hospitality and a memorable café experience.

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced barista to join us for 20 to 30 hours per week.

Your Role
Prepare espresso-based drinks and other café beverages with consistency and care
Provide friendly and skilled customer service
Take orders and operate the POS system
Maintain a clean and organized coffee station
Ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained throughout service

What we are looking for
Previous experience as a barista (café/restaurant preferred)




Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (permanent residents or citizens preferred)
Good understanding of espresso preparation and milk steaming
Positive, skilled and reliable
Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
Available for 20–30 hours per week
