Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a welcoming demeanor
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any needs or concerns
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects




Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed, ensuring smooth restaurant operations

Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with health regulations
Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and billing accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
