Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our online store team. You will assist customers with orders, payments, products, shipping, and returns while providing excellent service.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Assist with orders, payments, refunds, and returns.
Provide product and shipping information.
Update customer and order records.
Resolve customer issues professionally.
