We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Summer Painters for the upcoming painting season. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for a hands-on leadership opportunity, strong earning potential, and valuable business experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Interior and exterior residential painting
Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming
Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and other professional tools
Working safely on ladders and around residential job sites
Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
Communicating with homeowners in a respectful and professional manner
Leading small crews on job sites (for experienced candidates)

What We’re Looking For:
Solid work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work full time during the summer (May–August preferred)




Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to work on ladders and at heights
Leadership mindset and willingness to learn

Compensation:
