Customer Service Representative

Crown Pastries is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent service
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Prepare and package bakery products according to company standards
Answer customer questions and assist with product selection
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
Follow food safety, health & safety, and company policies
Work effectively with team members and support daily store operations

Requirements:
Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and qualified appearance




Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Food Handler certification is an asset

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Crown Pastries – London

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
London, ON N6C 4R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
