Clad-Tech Inc. works on exterior building systems, including architectural cladding, metal siding, roofing, glazing, and insulated panel solutions for projects across Atlantic Canada.
We are hiring a Part time / On-Call Cladding Installer Helper to support our field crew with material handling, site setup, and basic installation support. This is an entry-level role for someone dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
Assist installers with unloading, staging, and moving cladding materials and tools
Maintain a clean, protected work area (debris removal, keeping walkways transparent)
Support basic site setup tasks (layout assistance, measuring/marking, fetching materials)
Help with packing, loading,



and organizing tools/materials for daily installs
Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions consistently

Qualifications
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors at heights/active job sites
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
Basic hand-tool comfort is an asset (drill, impact, tape measure, level)
Fall protection/safety training is an asset (can be trained)
A driver's license and transportation are assets
English required; French is an asset
