Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational workplace for young children. This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, supporting children's individual needs, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The Registered Early Childhood Educator will play a vital role in promoting early childhood development and ensuring a safe, inclusive space for all children.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Foster a secure, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support children's growth and well-being
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities using computer skills and organizational skills
Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities, special events, and individualized support plans for children with disabilities or special needs
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations,



safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education
Support children's social interactions and emotional regulation through positive guidance techniques
Participate in ongoing career development to stay current with early childhood education best practices

Experience
Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is preferred
Demonstrated classroom experience with early childhood education principles
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
Familiarity with computer operation for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Leadership qualities to guide children’s learning experiences and collaborate within a team setting
Ability to demonstrate time management skills to balance planning, instruction, and documentation tasks effectively

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
