We are seeking a reliable and experienced Order Picker / Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, using RF scanners, and managing inventory within a warehouse environment. Knowledge of P21 (Prophet 21 ERP) and general computer skills are required.
Responsibilities
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate forklifts safely to pick, move, load, and unload materials.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
Receive, stock, and organize warehouse inventory.
Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
Process orders and inventory transactions using P21 (Prophet 21).
Ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Order Picker, Forklift Operator, or Warehouse Associate.
Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Proficient in operating counterbalance and/or reach forklifts.
Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.
Working knowledge of P21 (Prophet 21) ERP software.
Strong computer skills, including data entry and inventory management.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with picking, shipping and receiving processes.
Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
