Duties
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation across multiple sites.
Conduct plumbing repairs and installations.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues accurately.
Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC units, and related mechanical systems.
Assist with construction projects involving HVAC ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Document all work performed thoroughly in maintenance logs and reports for accountability and future reference.
Skills
Robust mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems.
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams essential for troubleshooting complex systems.
Mechanical or mechanic experience with a focus on system diagnostics and repairs.
Knowledge of appliance repair techniques applicable to HVAC-related equipment.
Construction experience related to system installation or upgrades is highly desirable.
Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to system optimization.

Pay: $26.25-$52.50 per hour
