We are seeking an eager Shop Hand with a strong work ethic and positive character to join our team! This is a full-time position based out of our Clairmont, Alberta branch.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist mechanics with maintenance and repair of cranes, track hoes, and other heavy equipment.
Clean, organize, and maintain the shop and yard.
Perform basic equipment inspections and minor repairs.
Fuel, grease, and prepare equipment for rental or return.
Load and unload equipment, parts, and supplies as needed.
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and shop supplies.
Follow all safety procedures and company polices.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a shop, mechanical, or equipment-related role is an asset but not required.
Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+lbs)



and perform physical tasks.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow instructions.
Forklift or equipment operation experience is an asset.
