Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Showing Realtor to join our agile real estate team. Responsibilities
Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions to enhance their viewing experience
Coordinate with clients, agents, and property owners to schedule showings efficiently and accommodate their needs
Provide detailed property information, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights to assist clients in making informed decisions
Maintain organized schedules of showings and follow up with clients to gather feedback and address concerns
Assist with marketing efforts by promoting listings through various channels and ensuring properties are presented at their best
Support property management activities by ensuring properties are clean, accessible,



and well-prepared for showings
Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the process

Experience
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service is highly valued
Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ interests during showings and discussions
Excellent communication skills in bilingual or multilingual settings to serve diverse clientele
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and client interactions seamlessly
Administrative experience is a plus for maintaining records, scheduling, and follow-up tasks
Knowledge of marketing strategies to effectively promote listings and attract potential buyers

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
