Our Milton based client is looking for experienced DZ Straight Truck Drivers to do deliveries.
Must have a minimum of 2 years validated and recent DZ Delivery experience / valid DZ license / clean Abstract / CVOR / TDG / able to pass a Criminal Background Check. $25.00 / hr
All shifts available.
Key Information:
26' box truck (Straight Truck)
Min. 2 years of DZ exp - strictly 24 completed months in designated class
Automatic
Required to load and unload their own truck based on their deliveries
TDG required
Criminal Background check is required
Responsible for the protected and timely delivery of parts
Freight will consist of cages on wheels (2ft x 4ft x 6ft high) that can weigh up to 1000 lbs individually, skidded, and loose items
FTL to start
Will be required to bring back empty cages, there may also be some returns as well
Will be utilizing e-logs
Must have robust work ethic, be a team player, and work under minimal supervision
Loading at dock doors, deliveries can also look the same however the driver will also be making deliveries to man doors and will need to push the cages (on wheels and are rather easy to push when pushed correctly) and utilize a pallet jack
Safety shoes, vest and gloves are required
Pay rate will be determined by experience and route assigned.
