Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards to deliver quality dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
Support the team by serving guests promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service.
Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures.
Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supplies needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals during busy service hours.
Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards is a plus.
Experience in serving guests or working in a quick-paced environment will help you excel in this role.
Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols is highly desirable.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently under pressure is essential.
