Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Stair Builder to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. This role involves assembling and fabricating winder stairs in a warehouse environment, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. The Stair Builder will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Duties
Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate components according to specifications.
Operate forklifts safely to move materials and products within the warehouse.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process,



providing solutions as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience working with hand tools and power tools in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Robust experince in building/assembling winder stair componenents.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical documents and drawings.
Experience operating forklifts is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
