SimplySmart Childcare and Montessori is hiring a Full-Time Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our Toronto - Bloor team.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality, child-centered early learning in a nurturing and supportive workplace.

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs and daily activities
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom workplace
Work collaboratively with team members to support a strong classroom culture
Communicate effectively with families regarding children’s progress and daily experiences
Observe, document, and support children’s learning and development

Qualifications:
Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in positive standing (required)
Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
Vulnerable Sector Check
Up to date immunizations




Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to engage children through intentional programming
Montessori experience is considered an asset
