We are a leading boutique swim school dedicated to providing high-quality swimming programs and promoting water safety. Our team of experienced instructors is committed to delivering exceptional instruction and ensuring a positive and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified swim instructors to join our team at our Kanata locations. As a swim instructor, you will play a crucial role in teaching swimming techniques, promoting water safety, and fostering a love for swimming among our students. Whether you have previous experience as a swim instructor or are passionate about teaching others how to swim, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities:
Conduct swimming lessons for children and adults of various skill levels, following our established curriculum and lesson plans.
Provide personalized instruction and guidance to each student, ensuring their safety and progress in the water.
Assess students' swimming abilities and make necessary adjustments to instruction to meet individual needs.
Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety skills.




Create a positive and supportive learning workplace that encourages students to develop confidence and enjoy swimming.
Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.

Qualifications:
Certification in CPR-C, First Aid, and NLS required.
Previous experience as a swim instructor is required.
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with children and adults of all ages.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional instruction.

Weekend availability is required.
