Job Summary

Duties
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of house cleaning staff to ensure timely and thorough service delivery
Train new team members on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
Monitor cleaning quality to meet company standards and client satisfaction
Develop and manage work schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are met
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to uphold cleanliness standards and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of employee performance, attendance, and supplies inventory

Requirements




Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for diverse client interactions
Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments with strong organizational skills
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to lead a team with explicit communication and motivational skills
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and basic cooking skills preferred
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
