Yard / Construction Worker

Position: Construction Worker
Location: Bolton, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7 AM TO 4:15 PM
Pay Rate: $21.75/hour
Employment Type: Full time

We are currently hiring for Yard / Construction worker in Bolton, ON. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from paving roads to constructing structures, all while developing valuable skills in heavy equipment operation and general construction practices.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe yard and work area
Properly use, maintain, and ensure the safety of tools and equipment
Inspect, classify, and record damaged materials received




Ensure equipment is properly placed and returned to its designated storage location
Monitor consumables and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform heavy lifting of up to 40–50 lbs.
Work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:
1+ year of previous construction experience is an asset
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
Must have a reliable vehicle
Positive communication skills
Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematics
Comfortable working outdoors
