Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bubble Tea Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for bubble tea and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages according to established recipes
Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bubble tea bar area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and notifying management when reordering is necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance beverage preparation skills and knowledge of bubble tea products.

Requirements
Proven experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with cash handling experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
