In this pivotal role, you will lead training initiatives from Learning to Train to competitive levels, ensuring alignment with the Long-Term Athlete Development framework. Collaborate with fellow coaches to build a supportive environment that fosters growth and success in athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design annual training programs tailored to athlete needs
• Provide top-notch coaching at races and events
• Develop volunteer coaches through training workshops




• Maintain a safe training workplace through adherence to protocols
• Communicate training plans effectively to all stakeholders
Requirements:
• NCCP Coaching Certification (to be obtained within 8 months)
• Minimum 5 years of XC coaching or competition experience
• Valid Standard First Aid Certification
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
