About us First Financial Auto is a Calgary automotive sales and finance business. We help Canadians get into the right vehicle with the right financing, including customers who are rebuilding their credit, through a network of lenders and dealer partners.

The role You'll be on the phone, reaching people who've asked about a vehicle or financing and turning the interested ones into appointments. Do that well and you'll learn credit applications, lender programs and deal structure: the skills every finance and sales manager is built on.

How pay works. Read this part.
Commission only. No base pay.
From day one: we give you leads to call. Every lead you turn into a funded deal pays you $500, and up to $1,000 on bigger deals. It's possible on your first day. It's also possible to go a week without one. The people who keep dialing are the ones who get paid.
After your first deal: you join the team as a commissioned associate, and start working deals from start to finish with a finance manager beside you.

This job is not for everyone
You'll make 40+ calls a day, and most of them won't go anywhere




You'll hear "no" all day and pick up the phone again anyway
There's no guaranteed paycheque. If you need one right now, this isn't the right job

What we're looking for
Cold calling experience required
You want to become a finance or sales manager, not just earn a cheque
Coachable, organized, and you follow through
Basic computer skills (Dealertrack experience is a bonus)
AMVIC license ort ability to get license
Valid driver's license
