RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist the lead technician during conveyor belt installation work:

· Assist the lead technician prepare for the work

· Provide the necessary tools to the lead technician during the work

· Assist with the vulcanization of conveyor belts

· Participate in conveyor belt technician training

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s productivity, quality, and preventive maintenance

· Comply with all applicable safety rules, procedures, and standards at the customer’s site and in the shop

· Assist with shop work, as required

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Education and Experience:

· High School diploma

· 2 years of manual work experience

Competencies:

· Valuable physical condition and ability to perform manual labour

· Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse,



or shop environment is an asset

· Previous experience working with conveyor belts, rubber products, mechanical fasteners, or industrial equipment is an asset

· Ability to read and follow basic work instructions, measurements, and specifications

· Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and materials

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
