Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired destinations
Research and recommend suitable travel options including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
Book reservations and manage itinerary details accurately using industry booking systems
Provide personalized travel advice, tips, and destination insights to enhance client satisfaction
Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades to maximize client value
Handle inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process




Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth trip execution

Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel industry preferred
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, destinations, and travel logistics
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for travel combined with a desire to assist others in creating memorable experiences
Basic proficiency with booking software or reservation systems; willingness to learn new tools
Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory
