Dalliance Motors located in Mississauga is looking for an office assistant. The office assistant will be support the accounting department with Invoicing, A/R, reporting to account manager.

We are looking for individuals who have robust experience with Microsoft Office Excel, MS Word and Outlook. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the transportation industry. Attending phone calls, Document management experience Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable processes using accounting software.
Call customers and drivres for due payments and PODs
Perform data entry tasks accurately to record transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses.
Assist with account analysis and budgeting activities to support financial planning and reporting efforts.




Support payroll processing verifying employee hours and salary data.
Maintain organized records of pods documents, including invoices, receipts.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve bookkeeping procedures and streamline accounting workflows.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 80.0 per week
