We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our agile healthcare team.
This is a maternity leave locum for up to 12 months.
In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings, ensuring each individual receives compassionate and effective treatment. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including evaluating movement, strength, and functional abilities
Develop tailored treatment plans that align with patients’ goals and medical needs
Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities like ultrasound or electrotherapy
Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques,
and rehabilitation exercises
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare specialists to coordinate care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognized qualification
Valid license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region or country
WSNB experience with exposure to Functional testing and RTW planning
Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care with excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced clinic while maintaining attention to detail.
