Summary

We are seeking a skilled 421A or 310J Mechanic or Apprentice to join our team at Contrans. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of equipment, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide top-notch transportation services.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all repairs.




Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely equipment availability.
Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in vehicle technology.

Requirements
Proven experience as a 421A or 310J mechanic.
Experience in sea container handlers an asset.
Must have a personal set of tools.
Robust knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques.
Ability to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Solid communication skills for effective teamwork.
